Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Pal Web Solutions. By accessing our website (www.pal.ind.in) and using our services including Website Development, SEO, SMO, PPC, Bulk SMS, Web Applications and Digital Marketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Pal Web Solutions provides professional IT and Digital Marketing services. The scope of work will be clearly defined in quotation, proposal or agreement shared with the client.

2. Website Development

• 50% advance payment is required before project initiation.
• Remaining payment must be cleared before final delivery or website launch.
• Any additional features outside agreed scope will be charged separately.
• Client must provide required content, images and approvals on time.

3. SEO, SMO & Digital Marketing

• 100% advance payment is required before project initiation.
• We do not guarantee specific rankings on search engines.
• Results depend on competition, industry and algorithm updates.
• Monthly services must be paid in advance.
• Ad budget for PPC campaigns is separate from service charges.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments once made are non-refundable.
• If payment is not received on time, even a delay of 1 day may result in permanent deletion of all work completed in the previous month. All work is carried out strictly on an advance payment basis. Payment for the upcoming month must be cleared at least 7 days before the new month begins.
• Taxes (if applicable) will be charged extra.

5. Intellectual Property

After full payment, website ownership will be transferred to the client. However, third-party plugins, themes or tools remain subject to their original licenses.

6. Server Hosting & Post-Delivery Responsibility

If the client chooses to purchase their own hosting/server after website development and deploy the code provided by Pal Web Solutions on their own server, our responsibility is strictly limited to providing the final website files/code as delivered at the time of project completion.

• (a) Pal Web Solutions shall not be responsible for server configuration, hosting setup, installation, migration, or deployment on third-party servers unless separately agreed in writing.
• (b) Any issues arising after delivery including file deletion, code modification, malware/virus infection, server misconfiguration, hosting errors, downtime, or technical failures shall be solely the client’s responsibility.
• (c) We shall not be liable for any loss of data, business interruption, revenue loss, or damages occurring after final delivery.
• (d) A backup copy of the originally delivered website may be retained for up to 7 (seven) days from the date of final delivery.
• (e) If requested within 7 days, files may be re-issued without installation responsibility.
• (f) After 7 days, Pal Web Solutions reserves the right to permanently delete project files from its records without prior notice.
• (g) If re-issuance of files is requested (subject to availability), Pal Web Solutions may charge up to 25% of the original website development cost.
• (h) Installation, reinstallation, migration, or deployment services are not included and will be chargeable separately.

(i)After 7 days from final delivery, Pal Web Solutions shall have no further responsibility or obligation toward the project unless covered under a separate maintenance or AMC agreement.

(j)However, Pal Web Solutions reserves the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio, marketing materials, advertisements, or promotional campaigns as part of its professional work history.

Note: If the client does not use hosting services provided or recommended by Pal Web Solutions and chooses their own server, Pal Web Solutions shall only provide the developed website code/files. No technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration assistance, or post-delivery service shall be provided unless covered under a separate written agreement.

7. Confidentiality

We respect client privacy and ensure that all business information remains confidential.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pal Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect loss, business interruption, loss of profits or damages caused due to search engine updates, social media policy changes or third-party service issues.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. No refund will be applicable for completed or ongoing work.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Uttarakhand Courts.

11. Changes to Terms

Pal Web Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
